A good heart is better than all the heads in the world.

Robert Bulwer-Lytton

Well hello!

I’m Bobby Manard

Allow me to introduce myself. I’m an upstate New York, heart-centered coach working internationally with expertise in success, negotiating, storytelling and leadership.

I’ve won several speaking competitions, studied directly with many of the world’s great coaches and am trained in NLP and other intuitive modalities.

I’m partial to blue (as you see) and I’ll toast your success with a spicy red cab. I’ve read thousands of beloved books and have decluttered thousands also because it’s not the books, it’s the learning I cherish.

My own dark night of the soul led me to be able to help others in profound ways and now I’m living my life’s purpose.

I’m here to uncover all your amazingness so you too can live your true life’s purpose.

You Lead with
Your Heart Brain

So what does that mean?

When you lead with your heart brain, you allow your emotions to guide you. You feel deeply. You know that there’s more than one kind of wisdom and your heart is the one you trust the most. You’re likely very loving and even if reserved, what lies beneath is a vast store of love.

While almost no one wouldn’t want to be around someone like you, like any of the three brains, if you only listen to your heart and don’t check in with your head and gut, you can be led astray and do things that don’t serve your highest good.

When passion is all you listen to, it can lead to heartbreak and not just the romantic kind. You might take a job that doesn’t fit you in the long run. You might stay up all night because you feel like it (and pay the price the next day). Any decision made on a whim can take you in a difficult direction. Those who lead with their hearts can get their hearts bruised many times over.

Your passion is greatly admired and when harnessed with discipline, is a powerful force. Your logical head brain is also your ally and can serve as a caring parent to your passionate heart brain. Together, look out world.

And your gut is also a guidance system you’d do well to hone. Your gut isn’t the same as your heart, although both are internal guidance systems. Your gut can tell you things even your heart may not see because your heart is emotional. Your gut is instinctual and you can learn to listen to it and let it live more. Have you ever had a niggling feeling telling you something and you didn’t know why? That was likely your gut talking to you. The more you listen to it, the better you get at hearing it.

My job as a coach

Is to help you use all three of your brains to live your best, most rewarding life and for you to be able to in turn help those around you. So how do I do that? Why not book an exploratory call if you’re curious. I’d love to talk to all three of your brains.

Life is but a dream. Now, you too can live yours!

I don’t want an ordinary life. And if I don’t get one, I’ll die trying. Spoiler alert: we all die trying.
